Sec. 94.302. LANDLORD'S REMEDIES

If the court finds that a tenant filed or prosecuted a suit under this chapter in bad faith or for purposes of harassment, the court shall award the landlord:

1. (1) an amount equal to two months' rent and $500; and
2. (2) reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
