TENANT'S REMEDIES

Sec. 94.301. TENANT'S REMEDIES

A person may recover from a landlord who violates this chapter:

(1) actual damages;
(2) a civil penalty in an amount equal to two months' rent and $500; and
(3) reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
