A deed to an apartment in a condominium regime must:

1. (1) include by reference the plats in the declaration;
2. (2) state the encumbrances against the apartment;
3. (3) describe the apartment according to the plat; and
4. (4) state the apartment's fractional or percentage interest in the condominium regime.
