In this chapter:

1. (1) "Material support or resources" means:

   1. (A) currency or other financial securities;
   2. (B) financial services;
   3. (C) instruments of value;
   4. (D) lodging;
   5. (E) training;
   6. (F) safehouses;
   7. (G) false documentation or identification;
   8. (H) communications equipment;
   9. (I) computer equipment;
   10. (J) software;
   11. (K) facilities;
   12. (L) a deadly weapon;
   13. (M) lethal substances;
   14. (N) an explosive weapon or components of an explosive weapon, a chemical dispensing device, or a hoax bomb, as those terms are defined by Section 46.01;
   15. (O) personnel;
   16. (P) transportation; and
   17. (Q) other tangible assets, other than medical care provided by a licensed health care provider or religious materials.

2. (2) "Training" means teaching or demonstrating directly to another person, either in person or through a writing or by use of a computer or computer network, the use, application, or making of:

   1. (A) a weapon prohibited by Section 46.05;
   2. (B) a deadly weapon;
   3. (C) a component of an explosive weapon, as defined by Section 46.01; or
   4. (D) an incendiary device capable of causing injury or death to persons.
