The board shall maintain a roster of all persons who apply for a certificate of registration under this subtitle. The roster must include the following information about each applicant:
- (1) the applicant's name, address, and age;
- (2) the date the applicant filed the application;
- (3) the applicant's place of business;
- (4) the applicant's educational and other qualifications;
- (5) whether the applicant took the examination;
- (6) whether the board issued a certificate of registration to the applicant or rejected the application;
- (7) the date of the board's action on the application; and
- (8) any other information the board considers necessary.
