On a determination that a ground for disciplinary action exists under Section 1001.452, the board may:

1. (1) deny an application for a license;
2. (2) revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew a license;
3. (3) probate the suspension of a license; or
4. (4) formally or informally reprimand a license holder.
