Text of subsection effective on August 01, 2026

Before the board issues a certificate to a person, the person must:

1. (1) take an oath, administered by a board member or by another person authorized to administer oaths, to support:

   1. (A) the constitution and laws of this state and the United States; and
   2. (B) the board's rules; and
2. (2) pay a fee for the certificate in an amount set by board rule not to exceed $50.
