Exceptions to Rule

Effective Sep 1, 1999Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388

(a) The board may consider an exception to a rule adopted by the board on the request of a person subject to board regulation.
(b) After notice and hearing, the board may approve an exception to a board rule.
