Tex. Occ. Code § 702.051

Administrative and Rulemaking Authority

Effective Sep 1, 1999Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388

(a) The secretary of state shall administer this chapter.
(b) In administering this chapter, the secretary of state shall:
1. (1) adopt rules;
2. (2) issue administrative orders; and
3. (3) take action necessary to ensure compliance with this chapter.
