1. (a) The commission shall prepare a brochure with information of public interest:

   1. (1) explaining matters relating to funerals; and

   2. (2) describing:

      1. (A) the functions of the commission; and
      2. (B) the commission's procedures for filing and resolving a public complaint.

2. (b) The commission shall:

   1. (1) provide each licensed funeral establishment with the number of brochures the commission considers appropriate; and
   2. (2) make the brochure available to the public and appropriate state agencies.
