1. (a) Not later than the 20th day after the date the person receives the notice under Section 604.303, the person may:

   1. (1) accept the advisory board's determination and proposed administrative penalty; or
   2. (2) make a written request for a hearing on that determination.
2. (b) If the person accepts the determination, the advisory board by order shall approve the determination and assess the proposed penalty.
