Collection of Penalty

Effective Sep 1, 2003Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 326

(a) If the person does not pay the administrative penalty and the enforcement of the penalty is not stayed, the penalty may be collected.
(b) The attorney general may sue to collect the penalty.
