Unless a person holds a certificate as a certified clinical perfusionist issued by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion, the person may not:

1. (1) use the title or represent or imply that the person has the title "certified clinical perfusionist" or use the letters "CCP"; or
2. (2) use a facsimile of that title to represent or imply that the person is a clinical perfusionist certified by that board.
