1. (a) A person may not practice medical physics without a license.

2. (b) A medical physicist may not practice the following specialties unless the person holds a license for that specialty:

   1. (1) diagnostic radiological physics;
   2. (2) medical health physics;
   3. (3) medical nuclear physics; or
   4. (4) therapeutic radiological physics.
