Administrative Procedure

(a) The board by rule shall prescribe procedures, consistent with provisions of Chapter 2001, Government Code, relating to contested cases, by which the board may impose an administrative penalty.
(b) Chapter 2001, Government Code, applies to a proceeding under this subchapter.
