Tex. Occ. Code § 453.059

Meetings

Effective Sep 1, 1999Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388

(a) A special meeting of the board:
1. (1) may be called jointly by the presiding officer and secretary; or
2. (2) shall be called on the written request of any two members.
(b) The secretary shall keep a record of each meeting of the board. The record shall be open to public inspection at all times.
