1. (a) Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, the executive council shall administer and enforce Chapters 453 and 454.

2. (b) The executive council shall:

   1. (1) develop and prepare a budget for the executive council, the occupational therapy board, and the physical therapy board; and
   2. (2) manage all physical property used by the executive council, the occupational therapy board, or the physical therapy board.
