An optometrist or therapeutic optometrist may:

1. (1) perform:

   1. (A) vision therapy;
   2. (B) hand-eye coordination exercises;
   3. (C) visual training; and
   4. (D) developmental vision therapy; and
2. (2) evaluate and remedy a learning or behavioral disability associated with or caused by a defective or abnormal condition of vision.
