Tex. Occ. Code § 301.103

Public Records; Registry

Effective Sep 1, 1999Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388

(a) The executive director shall keep:
1. (1) a record of each meeting of the board; and
2. (2) a registry of the name of each nurse registered under this chapter.
(b) Information maintained under this section is open to public inspection at all times.
