Tex. Occ. Code § 258.207

Counsel for Advisory Committee

Effective Sep 1, 2017Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 295 (S.B. 313)

The board shall designate an attorney employed by the board to:

(1) act as counsel and provide legal advice to the advisory committee; and
(2) be present during the advisory committee's meetings and deliberations.
