1. (a) Members of the advisory committee are appointed for two-year terms. The terms of the members expire on February 1 of each odd-numbered year.
2. (b) If a vacancy occurs during a member's term, the president of the medical board shall appoint a new member to fill the unexpired term.
3. (c) An advisory committee member may not serve more than two consecutive full terms.
