Tex. Occ. Code § 155.212

Denial, Suspension, or Revocation of License

The board may deny an application for licensure or suspend or revoke a license issued under this subchapter:

(1) for any ground provided by Chapter 164 or board rule; and
(2) in the manner provided by Chapter 164 and board rule.
