1. (a) A license holder shall maintain a record of and report to the comptroller information relating to each music or skill or pleasure coin-operated machine owned, possessed, or controlled by the license holder, including:

   1. (1) the make, type, and serial number of each machine;
   2. (2) the date each machine is placed in operation;
   3. (3) the dates of the first and most recent registration of each machine;
   4. (4) the specific location of each machine; and
   5. (5) any change in machine ownership.

2. (b) A license holder shall:

   1. (1) report to the comptroller the information required under this section:

      1. (A) at intervals specified by the comptroller; and
      2. (B) at any other time requested by the comptroller; and
   2. (2) immediately notify the comptroller in writing of a change in ownership of a licensed business.
