Tex. Occ. Code § 2153.161

Expiration of License or Registration

Effective Sep 1, 1999Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388

(a) A license issued under this chapter expires on the earlier of:
1. (1) December 31 of the year the license is issued; or
2. (2) the death or dissolution of the license holder.
(b) A registration certificate issued under this chapter expires on the first anniversary of the date of issuance.
