Each greyhound racetrack association shall distribute all money deposited in any pari-mutuel pool to the winning ticket holders who present tickets for payment not later than the 60th day after the closing day of the greyhound race meeting at which the pool was formed less:

1. (1) an amount paid as a commission of 18 percent of the total deposits in pools resulting from regular win, place, and show wagering;
2. (2) an amount not to exceed 21 percent of the total deposits in pools resulting from multiple two wagering; and
3. (3) an amount not to exceed 25 percent of the total deposits in pools resulting from multiple three wagering.
