TEXAS LAW PROHIBITS:

VIOLATION OF THIS LAW IS A MISDEMEANOR.

1. (a) A person commits an offense if the person violates this subchapter.

2. (b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:

   1. (1) a fine of not more than $1,000;
   2. (2) confinement in the county jail for not more than 60 days; or
   3. (3) both the fine and the confinement.
