After an officer administers an epinephrine delivery system under this subchapter, the law enforcement agency shall notify the physician or other person who prescribed the epinephrine delivery system of:

1. (1) the age of the person to whom the epinephrine delivery system was administered; and
2. (2) the number of epinephrine delivery system doses administered to the person.
