- (a) On or before March 1, 1992, the person responsible for an abandoned quarry or pit shall report to the department.
- (b) On or before March 1, 1992, the person responsible for a quarry or pit that became inactive before January 1, 1991, and did not resume operations before June 30, 1991, shall report to the department.
