1. (a) The members of the Texas Mining Council are not entitled to compensation for their services.

2. (b) The members of the Texas Mining Council are entitled to receive actual expenses incurred for attendance at council meetings or attendance at meetings of the Interstate Mining Commission as alternate for the governor.
