Surplus Property

Effective Sep 1, 1987Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149

(a) The board may order the sale of land or other property owned by the authority that the authority does not need. The sale may be public or private.
(b) Property owned by the authority that the authority does not need may be exchanged for other property.
