Fees; Rules

Effective Sep 1, 1987Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149

(a) An authority may adopt and enforce necessary charges, fees, or rentals for providing facilities or services.
(b) An authority may adopt and enforce reasonable rules relating to its facilities.
