Commission Duties; Rules

Effective Sep 1, 1987Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149

(a) The commissioners court may assign a lake planning commission any duties that the court considers appropriate and that are not inconsistent with this subchapter.
(b) The commissioners court shall adopt rules governing the operations of the commission.
