Failure to File; Criminal Penalty

Effective Sep 1, 1995Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 763

(a) A person commits an offense if the person:
1. (1) is a county judicial officer or a candidate for office as a county judicial officer; and
2. (2) knowingly fails to file a financial statement as required by this subchapter.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
