In conjunction with the publication of the annual financial statement of the municipality, the designated officer shall prepare a report which shall describe in summary form:

1. (1) the amount of receipts and expenditures of the municipal treasury;
2. (2) the amount of money on hand in each fund;
3. (3) the amount of bonds becoming due for redemption that require action;
4. (4) the amount of interest to be paid during the next fiscal year; and
5. (5) any other information required by law to be reported by the designated officer.
