Rules and Procedures

Effective Jun 1, 2001Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1295

(a) A board may adopt rules governing programs financed by the district and the functions of district staff.
(b) The board may prescribe accounting and control procedures for the district.
(c) The board is subject to Chapter 2001, Government Code.
