Tex. Loc. Gov't Code § 326.026

Election Order

Effective Sep 1, 1997Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1204

In addition to the elements required to be included by the Election Code, the election order must state:

(1) the ballot proposition stating the measure to be voted on;
(2) the hours that the polls will be open; and
(3) the location of each polling place.
