An entity is eligible to participate under Section 504.016 or Chapter 791 or 2259, Government Code, if the entity provides transportation subsidized in whole or in part by and provided to clients of:

1. (1) the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services;
2. (2) the Department of State Health Services;
3. (3) the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas;
4. (4) the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs;
5. (5) the Health and Human Services Commission;
6. (6) the Department of Aging and Disability Services; or

7. (7) the Texas Juvenile Justice Department.
