1. (a) The commission shall maintain in a prominent location on its Internet website a link to a web page consisting of comprehensive and current information to help employers assist employees who are parents with accessing child care, including information on:

   1. (1) child-care assistance;
   2. (2) best practices for assisting employees who are parents;
   3. (3) any available state and federal tax credits;
   4. (4) dependent care savings accounts;
   5. (5) any available free tools or templates;
   6. (6) policies and benefits an employer may adopt to assist employees in accessing child care; and
   7. (7) other resources related to child care that the commission considers relevant.

2. (b) The web page described by Subsection (a) must include an explanation that:

   1. (1) the commission does not and may not provide legal advice; and
   2. (2) an employer is not required to implement any employment policy or benefit included on the web page unless required by other law.
