(a) The commission shall mail to each party to the appeal under Section 51.0362 notice of:
- (1) the commission's decision;
- (2) the violation;
- (3) the amount of any penalty assessed; and
- (4) the person's right to judicial review of the order.
- (b) The notice shall be mailed to a party's last known address, as shown by commission records.
