An evidence of coverage may not contain a provision or statement that:

1. (1) is unjust, unfair, inequitable, misleading, or deceptive;
2. (2) encourages misrepresentation; or
3. (3) is untrue, misleading, or deceptive within the meaning of Section 843.204.
