- (a) A blanket accident and health insurance policy may be issued to a college, school, or other institution of learning, to a school district or school jurisdictional unit, or to the head, principal, or governing board of such an educational unit to cover students, teachers, or employees.
- (b) The institution, head, principal, or governing board is the policyholder under a policy to which this section applies.
