(a) Policies of wholesale, franchise, or employee life insurance may be issued to:
- (1) the employees of a common employer or employers;
- (2) the members of one or more labor unions; or
- (3) the members of one or more credit unions.
- (b) A policy to which this section applies is subject to Subchapter P.
