- (a) Domestic and foreign mutual insurance companies organized or operating under this chapter shall submit to the commissioner an annual report in the form required by the commissioner.
- (b) To the extent practicable, the commissioner shall adopt a form that is similar to a form that is generally used for submission of the annual report throughout the United States.
