A plaintiff who prevails in a class action under this subchapter may recover:

1. (1) court costs and attorney's fees reasonable in relation to the amount of work expended in addition to actual damages;
2. (2) an order enjoining the act or failure to act; and
3. (3) any other relief the court determines is proper.
