General Duty to Notify

Effective Apr 1, 2007Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017)

A utilization review agent shall provide notice of a determination made in a utilization review to:

(1) the enrollee's provider of record; and
(2) the enrollee or a person acting on the enrollee's behalf.
