Access to and Maintenance of Books, Bank Accounts, and Records

(a) The commissioner is entitled to access to all books, bank accounts, and records of a reinsurance intermediary.
(b) A reinsurance intermediary shall maintain books, bank accounts, and records in a form usable by the commissioner.
