Tex. Ins. Code § 4152.101 – Examination by Commissioner

(a) A reinsurance intermediary is subject to examination by the commissioner of the reinsurance intermediary's:
1. (1) financial condition; and
2. (2) compliance with the laws of this state affecting the conduct of the reinsurance intermediary's business.
(b) A manager may be examined as if the manager were an insurer.
