An employee of a specialty license holder may act as an agent with respect to the kinds of insurance the license holder is authorized to offer under this chapter only if the employee:

1. (1) is trained under Section 4055.012 to act individually on behalf of the license holder;
2. (2) acts on behalf of and under the supervision of the license holder; and
3. (3) is not compensated based primarily on the amount of insurance sold by the employee under this chapter.
