The following laws apply to public securities issued under this subchapter to the extent consistent with this subchapter:

1. (1) Chapters 1201, 1202, 1204, 1205, 1231, 1232, and 1371, Government Code; and
2. (2) Subchapter A, Chapter 1206, Government Code.
