Amendments to Plan of Operation

Effective Apr 1, 2007Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017)

(a) The governing committee may, on the committee's own initiative or at the commissioner's request, propose amendments to the plan of operation.
(b) Amendments to the plan must be adopted by the commissioner by rule.
